My experience with Julie and Phil was beyond belief. Throughout my home buying process, I was very impatient, almost to the point of pesty. Julie and Phil were always there no matter what time of day or night it was. I am certain I tested their patience, but they were exceptional in the way they handled my eagerness to buy my first home. They are very knowledgable about the home buying process and were very supportive every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody looking to buy a home.

I have always heard buying a home was nothing but hassles and headaches..... not if you have Julie and Phil on your side! They were absolutely perfect! ONE phone call to these two and you are set! The first time I spoke with Julie on the phone I thought that she was too good to be true. I told her what I was looking for and the budget I was on and she took care of the rest! The next day I was receiving emails with tons of pictures of potential houses! I am a first time home buyer and was so nervous about purchasing a home. Julie and Phil calmed every nerve by going above and beyond to help me. They both can connect to you on a personal level and will do whatever it takes to find you the perfect home. They spent the entire weekend patiently showing me house after house and answering every question I had with a smile. I was truly blessed too have them as my realtors and as my friends. I still cant believe the amount of care and effort they put into helping me find a home! Thank you so much!

Julie and Phil really exceeded my expectations...I knew that I wanted to buy a condo to use as a summer place, but wasn't really sure exactly what I wanted. They took the time to show me many different places in a couple of the areas that I was interested in. When I finally found the area I was interested in and the price range I was able to afford they showed me even more condos. They were very knowledgable and able to answer any questions that I had. Julie and Phil spent a lot of time with me. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. They are professional, knowledgable, easy to work with, friendly, and go above and beyond for their client's happiness. Without hesitation I will use the again in the future for any furthur real estate transactions!

Buying a new home can be very time consuming and stressful however, with the right agents, it is a delightful experience! Phil and Julie are THE dream team. There is no pressure just patience and understanding. Phil and Julie made my experience so enjoyable because they took the time to get to know my family and me, our needs, and wants. They are understanding and kind and always have time to help. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none. They are advocates and the chemistry is unparalleled! Always professional and courteous and worked around my schedule. When Phil and Julie start the process they are there the entire time without hesitation and no detail is left to chance. I did not find real estate agents...I found friends that I adore. If you want to be taken care of completely, talk to Julie and Phil. Request them your agents and you will never regret your choice. Julie was very patient throughout the process of our looking for homes. At the beginning she asked us questions about what we wanted, and then made sure that the houses we looked at were within those ranges. She never pressured us, only showing us those houses that were within our price range, styles, and options that interested us the most. During the closing process we settled on a HUD home. It was a very confusing process as this was our first house and my wife and I didn't quite understand the process. Julie was always very good about being able to answer questions and if she didn't know, she was able to get the answers in a timely manner. She also had very good people that she recommended for inspections and services. Never once did I wonder if she had forgotten about us as she was very good about keeping us informed as to where we were in the process. We closed on the house and so far have been very happy with the home that she brought us to. Amazing service, amazing house, amazing buy.

Julie is the Agent from your dreams! She put up with my wife and I during our house hunting endeavors in Springfield MO. We are extremely picky people with non-routine schedules, so we had her running around with us for over a year looking at houses. She is not pushy and very kind. She knows what to look for in a house and will quickly pick up on your wants and desires.

After mowing through over 10 real estate agents trying to find the right one, Julie was our pick and much more than what we expected out of a real estate agent. I was very impressed with Julie, when we bought our house. She was right on top of things. Going to bat for everything we wanted in a home. Answered all our questions, no matter what she was doing always took time for us. Even after we signed our contract, she took the time to stop by our new home to see how we were doing, and if there was anything she could do. I recommend her to all of our friends.
